5. Prior bookings will be confirmed only on full payment. |

6. Cancellation of a confirmed booking will be charged @ 25% of
the total amount up to 1 week prior to the booking date. There after there will
be no refund. Change of date is not permissible once the booking is confirmed. |
| 7. Pick up and drop services will be
free for guests staying for minimum of 5 days or more from Coimbatore
airport or Mysore city. Guests staying for shorter duration of time will
have to pay the pick up and drop charges. |
